Restaurant opening: Hake on Prospect Street on June 11th in La Jolla, California.  Despite not having any Hake fish, it is farm-to-table seafood. Amazing appetizers such as the Jalapeno Hamachi but the fish entrees need a little more balance in flavors.  On a posh street jammed with powerhouses, Hake should lean more on its Mexican heritage for distinction.
